MAs are set up on four metal ground screws. Ground screws are a more cost-effective, greener alternative to concrete foundations. They can be easily installed and removed. There is no need for excavation work and they don’t leave a permanent footprint. Our team will install the ground screws on your property prior to delivery.

MAs come equipped with a sink. To use the sink, you need to supply connections to a cold-water supply and a waste water system. You can use a standard garden hose to connect your MA with your existing cold-water supply. Gardena-brand hoses can be directly connected to MAs. We can provide you with a winter-ready hose. You must comply with local regulations concerning waste water.
You will need a qualified electrician to connect your MA to the power supply. MAs have a standard 380V hookup. An appropriate fuse or circuit breaker must be placed outside the MA.

MAs come equipped with an integrated R32 heating pump. All of the components have been neatly tucked away. We have optimized the airflow to ensure even heating. You can use an app to remotely adjust the temperature.

MAs come equipped with an air conditioner. You can keep cool while enjoying the sunny view. You can use an app to remotely adjust the temperature. Interior curtains can be installed to reduce glare.

MAs come equipped with a hidden ventilation system with 93% heat recovery. The ventilation system continuously supplies your MA with fresh air.

MAs do not have a toilet or bathroom. This makes them very easy to install, remove, and relocate. We suggest installing your MA close to accessible facilities, for instance, in your own yard or on your company premises.

We have carefully chosen materials that optimize your experience as well as the longevity, sustainability, production, and logistics of our product. MAs are made of 9-12 cm solid wood panels and triple-glazed glass. The walls are insulated with high-quality stone wool (also known as mineral wool). For the façade, you can choose between large format panels made of either fiber cement or stoneware. The interior is equipped with robust, scratch-resistant stoneware furnishings and durable, office-grade carpet flooring.
